Major Gen (Ret.) Mark McQueen

Major General McQueen has served in every level of command and staff from company command through General Officer in the United States Army. Additionally, Major General McQueen has served in multiple deployments to include OPERATION JOINT ENDEAVOR in Bosnia, OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM in Afghanistan and OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM in Baghdad, Iraq. His awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit (with two oak leaf clusters), Bronze Star, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal with 3 oak leaf clusters, Army Commendation Medal with oak leaf cluster, Army Achievement Medal with oak leaf cluster, Defense Service Medal and Combat Action Badge.

Additionally, in his civilian career, McQueen served as the Business Administrator at First Baptist Church in Panama City where he was responsible for budget development and administration, managing functions of more than 100 employees, leading strategic planning efforts for future development and growth for a multi-million-dollar enterprise, and working with community leaders concerning business matters of a flagship institution.
