Reynolds Henderson

Reynolds Henderson is a principal owner of Continental Pacific LLC (“CP”), a real estate investment and development company with a broad geographic scope and a current concentration on the development of property in southern Chile and residential properties in Hawaii.  Reynolds also spearheads the activities of two of CP’s affiliate companies:  Chiloe Island Spirits, SpA which produces and markets an award-winning craft vodka in Chile and SRB Servicing, LLC which has acquired loans secured by real estate in 38 states across the U.S.

Reynolds founded two other real estate investment companies, Henderson Barrett, LLC and FRH Holdings, LLC, which primarily own commercial and residential real estate with a focus on retail holdings in Rosemary Beach and historic Baldwin Avenue in DeFuniak Springs, FL.

Reynolds is passionate about making Walton County a better place to live by expanding economic opportunities in the central and northern parts of the county.  In 2016 Reynolds created an initiative called One Walton, Inc. whose mission is to explore and present policy recommendations to Walton County’s elected officials and staff in order to promote better governance for economic development.  One Walton, Inc.’s current focus is redeveloping and revitalizing the commercial center in the historic area around Lake DeFuniak Springs. 

Reynolds co-founded the Florida Opportunity Fund that recently acquired properties in the North Walton County Opportunity Zone in order to build affordable housing and develop additional commercial opportunities.

In addition to his work with these companies, Reynolds serves on the Board of Trustees for Northwest Florida State College, the Board of Directors for the Lofts West Condomium, the Lofts West Condominium and Savannah Condominium in Rosemary Beach, FL and chairs the Main Street DeFuniak Springs Board of Directors.

Reynolds previously served on the Board of Directors for the Seaside Neighborhood Schools, the Seaside REP Theater, The University of Alabama A&S Leadership Board, The Rosemary Beach Foundation, The American Enterprise Institute Enterprise Club and Children’s Volunteer Health Network. 

Reynolds is an Alabama native and graduate of the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Political Science and a minor degree in Business.  He resides in South Walton County with his wife, Stacey, and two sons:  Parke and Fox.
