Dr. Hillary Glenn shared an informative presentation on Nutrition at the Let's Talk event this month.
Sharing practical applications for increasing wellness, Hillary sparked a lively discussion on the ways we can "stay well" instead of "getting better."
For those who missed it, here is Hillary's presentation.
We are certain she will be back in the near future, so please stay tuned for future Nutrition discussions.
