meet the fellows
"The Fellows" are an important component of the Institute. Comprised of past winners of the Seaside Prize, an award given to individuals or organizations that have made significant contributions to the quality and character of communities, this esteemed group is the brain trust of the organization. They are the "best of" in a diverse field of planners, architects, writers and public officials, and their role is to advise and recommend to the membership at large. The Fellows are called upon each year to make nominations for the next Seaside Prize recipient. These nominees are then forwarded to the Institute Board where they are voted on, and one or more may be selected to receive the annual Prize.
